Wall Forms are widely used for casting of RCC columns, beams and walls and other construction scaffolding applications. They give excellent concrete finish and cut costs and time involved in use of timber.

The standard wall form system of steel shuttering comprises of steel panels manufactured out of 2.5 mm (12 swg.) thick skin plate and 45 x 45 x 5 mm punched angles that are jig assembled to ensure complete inter-changeability. It offers maximum economy due to infinite re-usability and is therefore universally used to cast RCC columns, beams, walls, culverts, docks and precast units.
Internal Corner Wall Forms are formed by means of standard 150 x 150 mm, 225 x 225 mm or 300 x 300 mm wide 90° internal corner wall forms, which are supplied in 1250, or 2500 mm lengths. Used in conjunction with standard 300 mm, 450 mm and 600 mm wide wall forms. Other width and length dimensions for can be tailor-made according to the requirements of the job.
Splayed Internal and External Corner Wall Forms are tailor-made to obtain angles other than 90°. Further, we also execute orders for odd dimensioned closures, step-up and filler Make-up Wall forms.
We offer steel forms works and slab shuttering for floor or slabs using angles & M. S. sheets. Featured with long life durability, they are manufactured under strict quality control and also have open sectional steel of various specifications and dimensions. They are also used as the floor of high buildings and are easy to handle. They also prevent any grout loss and results in good finishes.
